SERVICES AND FACILITIES
MP & MA Hannam and Son (Farmstead Glamping) endeavour to provide all of the facilities, utilities and services promoted on our website at all times but are not liable to pay any refund should any of these fail.
There will be times of the day, especially during the summer when hot water is not available at the shepherds huts. This is due to a drop in water pressure when water is being used by the farm and is unfortunately unavoidable. Please do not tamper with the boiler, it is not at fault!
If the weather is very cold this may result in frozen pipes and a lose of services, this is unfortunately beyond our control.
WEATHER
The shepherds huts are well insulated and to well in the British weather. Although the weather is out of our control in extreme weather conditions on site (such as cold and snow) either existing or forecast we will do our best to warn guests and give you the option to either move dates (subject to
availability) or refund your stay without being subject to our cancellation policy.
There may be times of year when all the facilities are not available to you due to extremes of weather. For example, when there is a high risk of fire (normally a red warning) some or all of the wood burning facilities may not be available for use to protect your safety and the local environment. MP and MA Hannam can not be held responsible for you not being able to use these facilities in adverse weather.
